About who needs care: they are having reverse shoulder replacement and need short term care getting out of chair/shower/cooking etc will not need to be helping all the time but someone to be available when she does need to get up and use the restroom or wants to eat or something of that natureAbout the care needs: my mom has parkinsons so has a history of falling and us kids can not be there 24/7.
