About who needs care: Mother has early onset dementia. Forgets meds . Leaves the house at night . Turns on stove without remembering and doesnt take medicine or forgets and takes more . She needs care also a chronic pain patient with failed back surgery and now has compression fractures. Needs care throughout the day and night About the care needs: Can become irrational and aggressive. also has complex PTSD and night terrors. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
