At Home Instead, we offer part-time positions for compassionate individuals dedicated to providing essential non-medical services that help seniors age with dignity and respect.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing companionship and engaging conversation
• Assisting with light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
• Offering medication reminders and helping with appointments
• Supporting personal grooming and bathing needs
• Assisting with toileting and managing incontinence concerns
• Providing specialized Alzheimer's care

No Prior Experience? No Problem! We offer comprehensive training designed by Home Instead, which includes in-house certification for personal care tasks, so you can feel confident supporting our clients in their homes and enhancing their emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.

Requirements to Join Our Team:

• Compassionate and respectful treatment of seniors and their property
• Friendly and effective communication skills
• Proven reliability and trustworthiness
• Ability to complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Availability to work 15-40 hours per week
