We are looking for a new team member to assist with project planning related to business processes and project delivery. Additionally, this role will serve as a consultative business partner in designing business processes.
Mission
- Collaborate with business sponsors and project teams to assess current processes, define process improvement goals, and work with leadership on process enhancements
- Ensure resource alignment across the project team and cooperate with senior management to meet evolving needs and requirements
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Partner with IT teams to ensure that implemented technological solutions align with the organization's overall objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each initiative
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing methodologies and tools for process engineering (Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management) and provide training and support to team members as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading major transformational programs or projects
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle is a plus
- Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Project management certification is an advantage
