Senior Business Process Manager - Devcity : Job Details

We are looking for a new team member to assist with project planning related to business processes and project delivery. Additionally, this role will serve as a consultative business partner in designing business processes.

• Collaborate with business sponsors and project teams to assess current processes, define process improvement goals, and work with leadership on process enhancements
• Ensure resource alignment across the project team and cooperate with senior management to meet evolving needs and requirements
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Partner with IT teams to ensure that implemented technological solutions align with the organization's overall objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each initiative
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing methodologies and tools for process engineering (Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management) and provide training and support to team members as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading major transformational programs or projects
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle is a plus
• Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Project management certification is an advantage
