Senior Business Process Analyst, ClearHealth Strategies - Remote - UnitedHealth Group : Job Details

Accountable for translating new strategic operational needs and concepts into detailed operational execution, including workflow, process, policy, training, technology and other operational-related development for the Clear. Health tech team Work with operational and business leaders in designated area to ascertain needed system development and take ownership to submit Jira tickets for the tech team; follow all product enhancement and/or system enhancement tickets through the process Analyze business process information (e.g. metrics; analytics) to identify key issues, trends, and potential root causes (e.g. training issues; lack of understanding by users) that point to improvement opportunities Work independently to research complex issues in the Clear.
