Job Summary:

Join our team as a Senior PowerBI and Analytics Consultant and play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying modern analytics solutions for dynamic clients. This 100% remote opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in Power BI, data engineering, and analytics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from the comfort of your home anywhere in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to assess reporting, analytics, and dashboard requirements.
• Advise clients on optimal Power BI licensing, articulating benefits and limitations for their needs.
• Design robust star schema data models, implementing calculated columns and dynamic DAX measures.
• Develop end-to-end Power BI solutions: import data, create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical elements using DAX and advanced queries.
• Guide clients through Power BI service deployment, including gateways, DirectQuery, dataflows, and refresh schedules.
• Conduct requirements gathering and focus groups to refine and enhance business intelligence processes.
• Ensure data quality and usability by applying best practices in data warehousing, reporting, and user experience design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Minimum 5 years experience delivering business intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, Power BI, PowerPivot, PerformancePoint) or other analytics platforms.
• Proficient in data engineering, data modeling, and T-SQL for high-performance report development.
• Demonstrated expertise in interactive Power BI report design, including drilldowns and nested parameters.
• Advanced DAX skills and experience using Power Query/M for complex data transformations.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data workflow development and optimization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences.
