The Opportunity

At LG Business Solutions, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) to join our dynamic Sales Team. This is a home office-based role with a preference to be near a major airport for travel purposes. You will lead our initiative into the rapidly evolving DOOH advertising and Ad-tech space, focusing on digital advertising sales, with experience in direct and programmatic DOOH. Your responsibilities include setting strategic directions, driving go-to-market operations, managing critical client relationships, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve high growth and establish LG as a leader in digital advertising.

  • Strategy Development: Set business priorities for sales, product development, and operations; collaborate with peer leaders to define the roadmap for the DOOH business.
  • Sales Development & Account Management: Scale the DOOH ads business by expanding sales and service; engage with prospects to gather feedback, sell DOOH offerings, and lead negotiations to close deals.
  • Marketplace Development: Lead go-to-market efforts for DOOH ad supply and monetization of programmatic ads; develop supply and demand partnerships; identify new opportunities.
  • Client Relations & Product Support: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and media buyers; collaborate to develop customized DOOH solutions meeting client objectives and revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis & Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape; analyze data to identify growth opportunities or product/sales improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Management: Bridge gaps between Hardware, Ads Product, BD, Legal Operations, and HQ; ensure clear communication across functions.
  • External Market Representation: Attend industry events and conferences representing the LG DOOH space.
The Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years in B2B sales within digital advertising; at least 3–5 years in programmatic advertising or DOOH.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; experience with major advertising agencies and consumer goods companies preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic buying/selling platforms (DSPs/SSPs), ad exchanges/marketplaces, DMPs, and ad servers related to DOOH.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels from C-suite to media planners/buyers.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to identify growth opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan. The base pay range is based on US national averages and may vary by seniority, merit, and geographic location.

Recruiting Range: $100,000—$130,000 USD
