What This Role Requires

In this role, you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand project scope, goals and deliverables of the project
• Ability to gather, understand and analyse data to derive insights that can help solve business problems in a data-driven manner
• Proactively work with internal teams to leverage data, metrics, and insights to provide strategic consulting to clients on the one hand and provide actionable inputs for the teams to transform internal operating structures/models on the other
• Define how novel and proven reusable approaches, assets and tools could be harnessed to transform clients' businesses and create value
• Have an incredible eye to detail to ensure client deliverables are top-notch
• Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
• Prepare and present finding documents to internal and external stakeholders with impactful visualizations
• Keep track of latest and greatest happening in the industries through continuous interaction with stakeholders and secondary research

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• 10-15 Years of industry experience
• Experience working in the R&D area of Pharma lifecycle
• Understand the study life cycle in the Pharma life cycle
• Desirable to have worked on the Drug Safety Research area
