Zebra Technologies is looking for a Business Analyst to join our EMC (Enterprise Mobile Computing) Business unit, which is dedicated to providing cutting-edge technology solutions that help businesses optimize their operations, improve worker productivity, and ensure seamless connectivity across their workforce. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of the operations you are associated with by delivering insightful reports, data interpretation, and strategic recommendations to business leaders. In this position you will specifically focus on supporting R&D project planning and financial reporting.

Role is required to be onsite in Holtsville, NY office (Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days in the office per week). Responsibilities include overseeing data integrity and financial management, owning weekly Project List meeting, supporting Senior PMO & Engineering leaders, managing the process to collect, analyze, and finalize the organization's capital expenditure plan, overseeing the annual process for regulatory cost savings, managing incoming wire transfers and credit notes, leading the weekly project management office (PMO) finance meeting, updating and publishing weekly OPEX & PMT files, coordinating monthly financial close activities, and generating recommendations to moderately complex problems.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, Business Enterprise Systems experience, familiarity with standard GAAP accounting practices, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Power BI. Preferred qualifications include experience in project or ERP systems, OPEX and CAPEX experience, ability to synthesize complex data, strong communication and presentation skills.
