Global retail bank seeks a Senior BSA Analyst in their customer risk management group. This role will review new and existing customer accounts to ensure compliance with BSA and USA Patriot Act and to determine their risk rating profile. The customer reviews include mitigating risk, identifying suspicious activity, escalating important issues, and working with relationship managers and account officers throughout the organization. This role works onsite in downtown San Francisco daily.

• 3+ years experience with BSA, AML and OFAC related activities in the financial services industry.
• Experience conducting financial crime investigations, money laundering monitoring and/or other related BSA/AML experience.
• Banking, operations, BSA & USA Patriot acts background including performing EDD reviews on complex relationships is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance or related is required.
• Experience with BSA/AML relevant law and regulations both in US and China.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
