Salary Range: $62,400.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr (based on skills and experience)

• Manage daily accounting operations including A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations
• Process client invoices and handle collections when necessary
• Perform month-end and year-end closing tasks
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare internal reports and assist with external CPA communications for tax season
• Process bi-weekly payroll and related filings
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and special projects

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business or professional services setting
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and general ledger activity
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation starts around $30/hour with a sign-on bonus of $2,500. The role allows for remote work on a case-by-case basis.
