We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Python to join our dynamic, fast-paced team.

Role Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in building the tools and systems that power our platform. You'll have the opportunity to shape our technology strategy, make key technical decisions, and work on exciting, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable and robust Python code
  • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to implement new features and improvements
  • Drive the evolution of our system architecture, and lead the design and review of new systems
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Mentor junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
    • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Python development
  • Familiarity with financial systems or robo-advisory platforms is a plus
  • Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
