Documents and evaluates internal controls, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and evaluates business risks
Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures
Performs detailed review of staff work papers and documentation
Identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed
Resolves complex issues/concerns referred by audit team
Communicates or assists in communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management
Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, shares information gained with co-workers
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.
*Office located in Newark, Ohio* * Flexible Work Arrangement: 2 days On-Site; 3 days Remote (On-Site every Tuesday and Wednesday)*
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university required
Certification as a CIA, CPA or CISA required
4-6 years related work experience preferred
