Our client, a respected CPA firm known for its top-tier audit services and unqualified opinion rating from the AICPA's PCPS Peer Review Committee, is seeking a dedicated Senior Auditor to support its growing portfolio of nonprofit clients.

• Meaningful Work: 95% of your clients are nonprofits, foundations, associations, and government-funded entities. Your work makes a difference.

• Predictable Hours: A true work-life balance with employees averaging 2,150-2,200 hours per year. Hours will not exceed 45 per week-ever.

• Collaborative Environment: Join a tight-knit audit team of 8, within a firm of 27 professionals who also support tax and bookkeeping clients.

• Flexible Hybrid Schedule: Be in the office 3 days per week (Wednesdays + 2 of your choice) with no travel

• Professional Growth: As a Senior Auditor, you'll take ownership of assigned sections on engagements, which often overlap, giving you exposure to a variety of industries and clients.

• Handle full-cycle audit responsibilities for nonprofit and occasional for-profit clients

• Work independently and collaboratively on engagements, staying with assigned sections through completion

• Help drive process improvement and maintain the firm's high standards of quality and compliance

• Serve as a trusted resource to clients, answering questions and providing insight into their financial controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of proven audit experience

• A desire to grow in responsibilities and take initiative

• CPA or CPA eligibility is preferred, but not required
