What You'll Be Serving Up:
Lead strategy and development for merchandising, menuboard, and packaging design across national and test markets. Manage design agencies and lead photography strategy for the brand.
Here's How You'll Spice Things Up:
MENUBOARDS, POP, AND DIGITAL:
- Lead all merchandising and menuboard initiatives from creative concept to execution for national and test markets.
- Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to develop in-restaurant branded retail strategies, ensuring creative aligns with KFC brand standards.
- Manage food photography for POP, menuboards, app, website, CRM, PR, and select social media channels.
- Lead the menuboard cross-functional team to ensure flawless execution across KFC, multibrand, and non-traditional restaurants.
- Oversee digital menuboard programs with data management and digital vendor partners, including LTOs for promotions.
- Manage DAM and Canto platforms to provide access to artwork and creative assets for internal and agency partners.
- Support Local Store Marketing initiatives to meet brand standards, reviewing all creative materials from LSM agencies, including POP, OOH advertising, and social campaigns.
PACKAGING
- Lead creative development and design for LTO and base business packaging in national and test markets.
- Collaborate with vendors and RSCS to ensure specifications and timelines are met.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
- Manage direction, scope, and negotiations with creative and production agencies.
- Work directly with key franchisee stakeholders through the POP subcommittee to align on national merchandising and funding strategies.
- Partner with CMO, MLT, and Legal teams to obtain creative approvals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- College degree required.
- 5+ years' experience in retail merchandising.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong background working with creative agencies and evaluating creative ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with results-driven mindset and curiosity.
- Ability to manage multiple agencies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
