This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of targeted recruitment strategies within assigned territoriesprimarily Northern Californiawith preference for candidates residing in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, student and family engagement, data-informed decision-making, and collaborative relationship-building with key stakeholders.
