The Senior Assistant Dean for Development leads major gift fundraising for the School of Engineering and Computer Science at University of the Pacific. This key role focuses on securing gifts of $50,000 and above, while strengthening alumni relations, donor engagement, and strategic outreach.

Working closely with the School Dean, faculty, staff, and the University Development and Alumni Relations team across Pacific's three campuses, the Senior Assistant Dean helps shape and execute strategic fundraising initiatives. This high-profile position requires a proven track record in major gift development, outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, and a collaborative, results-driven approach. This position offers the chance to partner with Dean Elizabeth Orwin, the first woman to lead the school and a dynamic biomedical engineer with a proven record of building strong academic and advancement programs.
