Job DetailsLevel Experienced Job Location Mertz 2400 N Waverly - Ponca City, OK Position Type Full Time DescriptionAssembly Electrical Integration TechJob DescriptionDepartment: Production Assembly Job Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Hourly Reports To: Manager- Assembly Location: Ponca City, OK Amount of Travel Required: N/A Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (5:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.) Positions Supervised: N/A POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking skilled Assembly Electrical Integration Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Ponca City, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for the electrical integration and testing of well servicing equipment during the manufacturing process, working with both low voltage and medium voltage gear. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word may. )
  • Complete electrical integration of well servicing equipment, ensuring all work meets engineering and safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing of electrical systems, including low and medium voltage gear, to verify functionality and identify issues.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Perform medium voltage terminations accurately and safely.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both low voltage and medium voltage systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and efficient manufacturing.
  • Maintain accurate records of integration and testing activities.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, an any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
  • In-person, predictable attendance
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent certificate.
  • 2-5 years of electrical experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment not required, but highly desirable.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES
  • Mid-level experience in electrical integration and testing, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficient in reading and following electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with medium voltage terminations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both low and medium voltage systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to read a measuring tape.
