MRM is looking for aSenior Art Directorto create cutting-edge, forward-thinking work and marketing solutions for award-winning brands using your creative talents and problem-solving skills. You'll handle projects from the initial briefing through completion and collaborate with other departments along the way. You're culturally fluent and aware of the work that is awarded by our industry (Cannes, One Show, D&AD etc). You embrace innovative and non-traditional ideas that earn attention in the marketplace. Simply put, you're an all-in-one, kick-ass idea generator with impeccable design taste and a love for problem solving.
Responsibilities:
Create compelling work that's always on brand and on brief.
Manage other art directors and interface with account teams, producers and clients, as you manage and own your own projects
Develop innovative experiences and activations that get the brand noticed
Responsible for ideating and designing strong and effective ideas for a range of digital marketing materials including, but not limited to, videos, augmented reality, mobile applications, product innovations,websites, landing pages,printed collateral and DM, banners and emails
Stay current on all existing, new, and emerging technologies that relate to digital marketing, mobile technologies, social media, as well as cultural trends
Lead projects and work as part of a larger team in a collaborative fashion
Proactive in bringing ideas to the table that are above and beyond the current ask
Understand digital limitations, industry best practices and technology requirements as it pertains to projects
Ability and willingness to work on a wide range of projects
Contribute to new business pitches
Requirements:
5+ years of agency experience preferred
