You are adept at developing innovative concepts and strategies to meet client objectives. You are skilled in both traditional and digital mediums, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries while upholding and assisting to evolve brand standards. You'll foster a collaborative environment across teams, lead projects, and stay at the forefront of design innovation and emerging technologies.This position reports to the Creative Director and partners with this person to ensure the work stays aligned to the creative vision, tone and strategy. The Sr. Art Director works collaboratively and supports the entire Marketing Department.Collaborate with Creative Leadership to execute the artistic vision and align strategy with brand objectivesPartner with and mentor creative team members on the development of visual concepts and provide feedback for refinementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into visually compelling design solutionsBig idea thinking; ability to conceptualize, storyboard, develop, and direct video projects and video shootsAssist with planning and art direction for studio and location photographyLead projects, campaigns and executions across digital and print mediums, fostering a culture of creativity and excellenceProvide a wide range of design solutions that work across channels including both traditional and digital tacticsEnsure brand consistency in visual elements across all projectsStay abreast of design trends and industry developments to drive creative innovationManage multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryManage project files, assets, and outputs through to completionSupport client presentations, articulating the creative vision effectivelyTake direction, and feedback well to create work that meets the objectiveQualifications & SkillsProven experience in a senior art direction role with a strong portfolioProven experience in both digital and print worldsEmerging leadership and team mentorship skillsExcellent visual and conceptual thinking abilitiesEffective communication and presentation skillsStrong project management and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of design software and toolsCollaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamAdaptability to evolving design trends and technologiesContinuous learning and openness to feedbackAnalytical and problem-solving skillsInterpersonal skillsAbility to empathize with clients and team membersPublic speakingTime-managementEducation: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field; or equivalent work experienceExperience: 6-8+ years of Senior Creative Development experience either agency or in-houseAdditional RequirementsManagerial Requirements: N/APhysical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. May be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materialsTravel Requirements: Limited travel regionally and nationallyCambria's starting salary range for this position is $81,000 - $102,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
