Opportunity Overview We are currently seeking a professional for a W2 contract opportunity in Dearborn, MI. This role has the potential to extend over multiple years, with the chance to transition to a direct hire position with our client. • Responsible for application design, installation, configuration, and development support activities for B2Bi, Web and Mainframe applications.
• Demonstrate a good level of expertise in one or more technical environments (software packages, programming language, database, operating system), and a good knowledge of EDI Solution.
• Responsible for quality of solution in each environment and for each trading partner.
• Coordinate with related work streams / teams including infrastructure teams, Client's Customer Service Division and Manufacturing.
• Perform systems tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, LINUX, and WINDOWS platforms.

Experience Required

• 5 years of experience in a wide range of business areas of supply chain management including system development, business intelligence, business processes, and customer relations.
• 5 years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration, middleware, or other integration experience.
• 5 years of experience with architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, UML diagrams, network connectivity, and communication protocols.
• Proficiency with EDI mapping tools, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, UNIX, LINUX, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series.

Experience Preferred

• Familiarity with web and mainframe applications.
