Requirements

YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Directing project team members regarding project scheduling, budgeting, and work scope
  • Developing business and networking.
  • Managing and producing aspects of the project, including design, production, and quality control.
  • Leading assistance in the development and maintenance of the project budgets and schedules.
  • Nurturing and establishing strong relationships with all outside parties involved in a project as their primary project contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Preparing and completing thorough proposals.
  • Mentoring and directing project team members.
  • Leading the technical design aspects of the project.
  • Being an ambassador of RRM.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • 10 years of architecture experience.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of practical experience in project management or working as a project architect.
  • Experience in REVIT.
  • Active California Architectural licensure.
  • Familiarity with California codes, facilitating projects through enforcement agencies, and contract administration.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent architectural detailing skills.

Above & Beyond:

  • Some work experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firm

COMPENSATION:

The hiring range for this role is targeted at $106,660 – $143,374 per year, dependent on skills and experience.
