Position Overview: Join FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation as a Senior Applications Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the installation, maintenance, and repair of our innovative healthcare products at various customer sites, all under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design clinical workflows, implementing change management techniques for process improvement.
  • Support patient registration, precertification, authorization, data collection, and screening processes.
  • Assist in managing technologist processes related to order identification and acquisition protocols.
  • Enhance radiologist workflow with integration tools for dictation and speech recognition.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FDA requirements and ACR recommendations for mammography.
  • Provide business analytics and reporting, ensuring accurate billing and coding practices.
  • Develop project documentation including workflow diagrams and site profile summaries.
  • Manage client expectations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction during both implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Identify growth opportunities to increase market share through addressing customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams across departments such as Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Actively participate in customer training and support with a travel commitment of 50-80%.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Radiologic Technology, or related clinical experience in Imaging Informatics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Networking, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis software.
  • Familiarity with radiology workflows, HIS, RIS, and EMR systems is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, manipulate items with hands, stand and communicate effectively with others. Lifting and carrying up to ten pounds is occasionally required. Travel is expected to be between 50-80% based on business needs.

Location: This position may involve travel across various sites, with the headquarters in Lexington, Massachusetts.
