Senior Application Developer - Global Channel Management : Job Details

We aim to help organizations reduce training and labor costs while securing top talent. Job Description Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often as a project leader within each team. Work on enterprise-wide complex projects involving systems analysis, design, development, integration, and maintenance, including production support. Define and develop project scope for multiple projects, serving as the main point of contact when necessary. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to application development teams. Participate in project planning sessions with clients and team members to analyze requirements and recommend design solutions. Test and implement cross-functional systems to meet client and business needs. Maintain mainframe and/or client/server applications, handling unresolved production issues. Design and develop application and integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces. Make modifications to existing software applications following standards and review efforts for compliance. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in programming, systems, or computer science preferred, with at least six years of programming or systems analysis experience, or equivalent education and experience. Microsoft MCSD certification is preferred for distributed developers.
