Responsibilities

• Build flexible, scalable and accurate data models to simplify our complex source data
• Partner with Business and Data Science teams to identify, document and create cross-company core metrics
• Set and promote best practices for data modeling
• Educate internal partners on effective use of our tooling and models

The Team You\'ll Work With

You'll be joining our Analytics Engineering Team

Our mission is to enable data-driven decisions across Carta by collecting accurate data, building scalable infrastructure and delivering advanced analytics. The team is split between Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering, and partners closely with Cartans across the company, especially Data Science and Machine Learning, to continuously improve.

About You

• Customer-centric. You'll be working to simplify solutions and communicate them with your customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with data from business systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
• 4+ years of experience recommended

Compensation

Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:

• $174,250 - $205,000 in New York City, NY

We are hiring for multiple levels and locations, so final offers may vary based on geography, experience and expertise.
