The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth & Operations reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Service & Operations.

Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing those plans to drive incremental revenue. This individual will develop and communicate strategic plans, monitor market changes, and work closely with global teams including Sales, Marketing, Air/Sea, Hotel Operations, Reservations, Onboard Revenue, and External Partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and size opportunities for ancillary revenue projects and other special initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and report insights to leadership and executives.
  • Develop clear short and long-term roadmaps, managing complex timelines and deliverables.
  • Apply research, trend forecasting, and performance data to inform future ship developments and private destination projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to adapt strategies and ensure project success.
  • Develop commercial reporting tools to monitor performance and ensure accurate forecasting and payouts.
  • Create visualization reports and dashboards to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making for future products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. This description is not exhaustive, and employees may be asked to perform additional job-related tasks.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Master's degree (MBA or MA) preferred; Bachelor's degree (BA) required, with focus in quantitative disciplines preferred.
  • Two to four years of related experience in financial or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of finance and marketing principles to guide strategic initiatives.
  • Problem-solving skills: identifying complex problems and developing solutions.
  • Active listening skills: attentive to communication and understanding points made.
