What you'll do…Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesTicket Review & Escalation Management
  • Handle a high volume of ad review tickets daily, including escalations, appeals, and complex or ambiguous cases.
  • Apply advertising policies accurately and consistently, ensuring timely resolution and minimal backlog.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
  • Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries regarding advertising policies with professionalism and urgency.
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance that balances compliance with business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Engage with partners across Enforcement, Development, Enablement, Sales, and Legal to resolve issues efficiently and ensure shared understanding of policies.
  • Contribute to smooth communication between business and policy teams.
Policy Review & Application
  • Review and evaluate ads across platforms for compliance with company policy, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate flagged content for misleading claims, prohibited products, or other violations.
  • Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to Managers for review, providing clear summaries and recommendations.
Communication & Judgement
  • Distill complex information clearly and accurately.
  • Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous cases, seeking guidance where needed and providing thoughtful rationale for decisions.
  • Seek and provide constructive feedback to improve consistency and quality.
What You'll Bring…
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in ad review, compliance, Trust & Safety, or risk management with exposure to high-volume operational work.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and roles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $72,000.00-$132,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00-$143,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field, Project Management Certification.
  • Master's: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Operations Management.
  • Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
