Senior Analyst IT Corporate Products - JetBlue : Job Details

Position Summary

As a member of the IT Corporate Products team, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for designing and configuring the SAP system based on business and statutory requirements. The Senior Analyst will coordinate with SAP, IT, and Business resources to successfully implement enhanced SAP functionality.

Essential Responsibilities

• Participate in systems design and configuration of the SAP Financials/Supply Chain modules and sub-modules
• Create Business Process Procedures (BPPs) based on analyzing business requirements and process analysis
• Develop and design RICEFW components to support business and system processes
• Participate in and direct unit, regression, and end-to-end testing through creation of test strategies and execution documentation
• Configure SAP functionality while complying with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Follow JetBlue Airways' client instance strategy for executing transport system changes
• Collaborate with the SAP Center of Excellence (COE) Basis team to translate functionality requirements into technical attributes
• Ensure smooth integration and rollout of new functionality by coordinating with functional and technical teams
• Categorize testing errors and coordinate error correction with SAP COE and business teams
• Provide communication and reporting to leadership on testing progress, status, and issues
• Engage in quality assurance and control for testing process improvements
• Deploy software to test environments, develop release notes, and participate in production rollout
• Use HP Quality Center to track requirements and execute test cases
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma/GED plus at least four years of relevant work experience
• Three years of experience with SAP Finance and Controlling Modules
• SAP Financials consulting and configuration experience with a leading systems integration firm
• Experience in at least three SAP implementation lifecycles
• Exposure to SAP sub-modules including AR, AP, GL, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PC, Project Systems, Internal Orders
• Exposure to products like MM, ARIBA, and Trax
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, ASAP, or related methodologies
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and testing documentation
• Ability to configure SAP Financials modules based on SAP Best Practices and business requirements
• Understanding of GAAP and its impact on business transactions
• Knowledge of various testing types: Functional, System, Integration, Unit, Regression
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze and verify system change requests
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and be legally eligible to work

• Exposure to S4HANA Asset Accounting and Project Systems

Compensation

• Annual salary between $100,000 and $128,600, plus benefits including healthcare, 401(k), stock purchase, disability, life insurance, travel benefits, and more.
