Senior Analyst - Financial - Microchip Technology : Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team at our corporate office in Chandler, Arizona. Key Responsibilities:Maintain accounting records for net intangible assets over $2.0 billion, including processing new additions, coordinating worldwide monthly amortization, and conducting impairment reviews. Review contracts to ensure proper accounting treatment in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Take ownership of selected accounts or processes and perform other tasks as assigned. Coordinate, develop, and update written accounting policies and procedures. Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy. Assist with internal and external audit requests, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by management. Oversee revenue recognition for service-related revenue, ensuring compliance with ASC 606.
