We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Connect Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation of Amazon Connect within our organization. This role requires an in-depth understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and a proven track record in designing and deploying Amazon Connect technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective tech solutions. Responsibilities: Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions to meet the specific needs of our business. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the contact center experience. Develop workflows and configure routing profiles to optimize customer interactions. Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and external systems for a comprehensive solution. Provide training and support to end-users and act as a subject matter expert for all Amazon Connect inquiries. Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure the functionality and performance of the contact center. Stay updated with new features and enhancements in Amazon Connect and recommend upgrades and optimizations. Document the configuration and architecture of the Amazon Connect implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in implementing Amazon Connect within a professional setting. Strong knowledge of AWS services, particularly those that integrate with Amazon Connect. Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar, for scripting and automation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification. Experience with AI and machine learning tools for enhancing customer experience. Knowledge of additional CRM and ERP systems that integrate with Amazon Connect
