Role Overview

The Sr. AI Software Composer will push the boundaries of AI-augmented development, blending full-stack engineering skills with AI tools expertise, including .NET, React, Azure, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions using AI-assisted development techniques
• Navigate diverse technical domains to provide high-impact assistance
• Identify opportunities for AI-augmented development
• Evaluate and recommend AI coding tools
• Establish guidelines for AI coding assistant usage
• Develop monitoring and governance frameworks
• Mentor engineers on AI prompt engineering
• Showcase productivity improvements

Minimum Skills

• Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Strong .NET and React expertise
• Cloud architecture experience (Azure preferred)
• Advanced prompt engineering skills
• Ability to analyze codebases quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Continuous learning and evangelism
