Job Description :
Include but are not limited to: - Manage Vice President and Sr Directors calendars by prioritizing schedules and meetings. - Assist in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, meeting technology (Teams) based on participant needs, and all other meeting logistics including on site room setup/ meal coordination / external support. May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking notes, summarizing through copilot and disseminating notes and formulating post-meeting action item lists. - Manage logistics including off-site meetings, booking rooms in 3rd party locations, and incorporating travel time and juggling logistics as appropriate physically at the offsite location. - Act as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized.
