Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager! This position is responsible for accounting and some HR functions, and it is onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 3-4
• Plan and participate in monthly close and ensure timely completion
• Gather payroll data and submit to outside payroll company
• Manage and participate in accounts receivable collections
• Perform gross profit margin analysis
• Gather data and make credit recommendations
• Prepare cash flow projections
• Handle cost accounting
• Analyze financial information to assess current and future statuses
• Review costs for optimal budget planning
• Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• Previous experience aligned with responsibilities
• Effective communication and team management skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
