$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

• Mission-driven nonprofit supporting adult learners in higher education
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days/week in downtown Boston office near public transit
• Reports directly to CFO
• Owns the full accounting cycle including payroll, billing, and close
• Manage monthly close process and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Oversee payroll for full-time and adjunct faculty using Paylocity
• Supervise Staff Accountant handling AP, AR, and billing
• Support ERP implementation (transitioning from QuickBooks to NetSuite)
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and financial planning
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in nonprofit
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables) and familiar with ERP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing or mentoring staff
