Senior Accountant - The LaSalle Group : Job Details

LaSalle Network is partnering with a high-growth PE-backed services company to hire a dynamic Senior Accountant! Based in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, this role reports directly to the Controller and plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. From month-end close to variance analysis and reconciliations, you'll be immersed in hands-on accounting functions that directly impact operations. • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate account fluctuations
• Match and reconcile purchase orders, ensuring policy compliance
• Process billing and align revenue with source systems
• Reconcile weekly/monthly cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Assist with accounts receivable/payable and ad hoc tasks as needed

Staff Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience (month-end, reconciliations, audits)
• Public accounting experience preferred (1+ year)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
• Adaptability in a multi-system, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
