Job Summary
The Senior Account Director is responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of a client's geographically dispersed real estate portfolio. This role serves as a key partner to the client's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team, ensuring that Newmark's service delivery aligns with the client's evolving business goals. The Senior Account Director leads the Account Team supporting the Occupier Solutions (OS) contract, ensuring performance excellence, continuous improvement, and long-term client satisfaction. Success in this role requires a combination of executive-level relationship management, cross-functional leadership, and an ability to deliver innovative, cost-effective real estate solutions.
Qualifications:
Salary: $220,000 - $235,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $220,000 to $235,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
