Responsibilities

• Partner to deliver growth, team development, and quality work for agency clients.
• Financial oversight for annual forecasts, business planning, and performance.
• Collaborate with Creative and Strategy Leaders to shape and drive client deliverables and strategic growth.
• Partner with leadership to achieve business growth within existing client relationships.
• Provide long-term strategic leadership with agency clients.
• Maintain optimal staffing resources through proactive planning, staff development, and recruitment.
• Oversee and mentor account leadership, ensuring team inspiration and development.
• Lead new business initiatives for existing and potential clients.
• Demonstrate proven people management skills, with the ability to grow team members into leaders.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience.
• Experience in shopper marketing preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
• Strong business acumen.
• Inspirational leadership capable of elevating the Account Leadership team.
• Credibility with key client contacts and internal teams.
• Culturally aware and ethical.
• Belief in Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis Groupe, and Saatchi & Saatchi X.
• Optimistic, high energy, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation Range: $119,510 - $188,025 annually. The application deadline is 08/28/2025.
