Senior Academic Advisor - Texas Tech University : Job Details

Assist students with registration process. Assist students with curriculum advising. Assist students with changing classes, adding and dropping. Meet with students to plan schedules. Assist students with major changes. Assist with completion of a senior audit. Communicate with students and faculty about academic issues. Engage with students identified at risk. Maintain database of graduates. Handle all exit procedures. Utilize current university software to assist with student success. Participate in university and college events to meet with potential students and act as a source of information for them. Develop departmental recruitment plan. Coordinate enrollment opportunities with Davis College Student Success Center. Collect, analyze and interpret exit survey data. Prepare reports on retention metrics, trends and outcomes.
