Job Description: Senior Project Architect/Project ManagerLocations: Chantilly, VA; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; RemoteAbout Us:Exp Federal is an established full-service architectural and engineering firm providing design solutions and construction support to the federal government. Our team operates in challenging environments, supporting various governmental agencies globally.The Challenge:We are seeking a Senior Project Architect/Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, Chicago, Atlanta, or remotely within the United States.Principal Areas of Responsibility:Develop presentation documents and participate in design presentations to clients.Develop design concepts through construction documents.Prepare contract drawings.Coordinate with architects and engineers.Meet with vendors to review products for documents.Perform code reviews and meet with local code officials for compliance.Review contractor requests during bidding and manage addenda distribution.Conduct field visits during construction to monitor progress and complete reports.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in architecture.Knowledge of architectural/engineering practice, including design, development, construction documents, specifications, materials, costs, and codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Architect.Ability to obtain a security clearance.About Our Culture and Benefits:We deliver full-service architectural & engineering solutions and work collaboratively across our studios.
