Position Overview:As a Wafer Production Operator, you will be responsible for running specialized equipment used in the fabrication of semiconductor wafers. You will work in a cleanroom environment and play a vital role in ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor wafer processing equipment (e.g., etch, deposition, clean, inspection).
Perform quality checks and visual inspections using microscopes and metrology tools.
Maintain accurate records and data entry related to production and equipment.
Follow safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cleanroom practices.
Communicate equipment issues, process deviations, or material concerns to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experience is preferred but not required.
Comfortable working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Able to work while standing for extended periods and wearing cleanroom attire.
