Job Description:

We are seeking a skilledSemiconductor Facilities Engineerto oversee and maintain critical facility infrastructure in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical, electrical, and process utility systems that support semiconductor fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and improve facilities systems including HVAC, ultrapure water, wastewater treatment, gas distribution, and power systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process engineers, EHS personnel, and operations staff to optimize facility performance.
• Manage external contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and maintenance projects.
• Develop and implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner to support uninterrupted semiconductor production.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of facility systems, operations, and maintenance activities.
• Lead or support capital projects for facility expansion and infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing facilities or related high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor cleanroom environments and critical utilities.
• Experience with SCADA, BMS, or other facility monitoring and control systems.
• Understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in facilities management or related disciplines (e.g., CFM, LEED).
• Experience in energy management and sustainability practices.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor-specific facility systems.
