SEIU Waiter/Waitress - The University of Rochester : Job Details

1. Sets up tables with clean linens and silverware, based on anticipated service needs. 2. Fills water glasses and pours beverages for guests. 3. Takes guests orders and serves the meal following established procedures. Explains menu items and specials, and answers questions as needed. 4. Clears and resets tables in a timely manner. Restocks service stations. 5. Presents check for signature or payment. Itemizes and totals check. QUALIFICATIONS:High School education and 6 months experience as a waiter/waitress; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
