Job Description :

A well-established legal practice in Southern California is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Law Clerk to support its attorneys in Special Education and conservatorship matters. This hybrid role offers a meaningful opportunity to advocate for children with disabilities and contribute to impactful legal work.

Firm is open to work at their offices in Los Angeles or Riverside Counties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys during IEP meetings, hearings, and consultations
  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law
  • Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and memorandums
  • Communicate with school districts, families, and legal professionals
  • Maintain strong client relationships across various communication channels
  • Assist in litigation preparation and case development
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • J.D. from an accredited law school (required)
  • Familiarity and genuine interest in Special Education and conservatorship law
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must reside in the Los Angeles or Inland Empire areas
