Security & Surveillance Operations Manager - United Radio : Job Details

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Security & Surveillance Management Team. If you have a passion for security systems, networking, and delivering high-quality work, we want you to lead our team to success! Salary: $95k to $125k Description of Talent:

• Guide, coach and organize teams to sell, install and maintain electronic security systems, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and fire/life safety systems.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for growth and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and implement proper scheduling, financial success, and employee satisfaction
• Have familiarity with security systems, technicians and business operations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all client interactions

We prefer: Experience: 2+ years in management and/or engineering preferably electronics and security system installation. 2+ years experience with process improvement initiatives, budgets and profit and loss. Soft Skills:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Time management, multi-tasking and presentation skills
• Polished professional with confidence and initiative
• Coaching, accountability, delegation and leadership
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
