POSITION SUMMARY: The Security Specialist position is a full-time, non-exempt role responsible for providing Information and Personnel Security Program assistance for Non-Guard Security Services at MARSOC Camp Lejeune, NC (CLNC). This includes the following services:

• Assist with the execution of the Information and Personnel Security Programs (IPSP), including policy implementation, security clearance reviews, and security questionnaire assessments.
• Manage personnel check-in/out processes, including indoctrinations, security file management, badge issuance, and access control.
• Support security clearance transmissions for inbound and outbound visit requests.
• Implement and monitor policies related to security document handling, personnel access, need-to-know criteria, and information safeguarding.
• Operate office automation equipment such as copiers, scanners, computers, and printers.
• Complete required security training within 90 days of employment to maintain compliance, including DSS training, USMC Security Manager Course, and other specified courses.
