As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining a visible presence to promote peace of mind, and responding to any security-related situations as they arise. You will also provide outstanding customer service, building rapport with employees and visitors while maintaining clear and professional communication at all times. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid drivers license is necessary. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility.
• Communicate professionally with facility personnel, visitors, and/or contractors as needed.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities and/or incidents as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
