Role Summary:
The Security Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of efficient account operations, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and evaluate performance for salaried and hourly employees, address performance issues, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with senior management and clients to understand their requirements and execute account management that aligns with those expectations.
- Oversee payroll functions for employees.
- Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to assess account profitability and report financial performance to senior management.
- Manage accounts payable, solicit vendor quotes for materials, and handle customer invoicing.
- Conduct Safety & Security meetings, provide training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be available for flexible scheduling across various shifts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong team-building and management abilities.

- Bilingual in English and French is a plus (for Quebec locations only).

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word required).
- Thorough knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics operations.
- Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
- A minimum of three years in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience managing and leading direct reports.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics operations and safety/security standards.
