Metro One is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to handle physical security operations, including reception and analyst duties. The role involves collaborating with security teams and the wider organization to assess risks, provide analysis, and ensure the safety of personnel, facilities, and assets globally. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and teamwork capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor access control systems (badges, keycards, visitor logs)
  • Verify identification of employees, contractors, and visitors
  • Observe and report suspicious activities
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems
  • Conduct security checks of lobby/reception area
  • Respond to emergencies (fire alarms, lockdowns, medical incidents)
  • Maintain incident reports and security logs
  • Enforce building policies
  • Greet and assist visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls and route appropriately
  • Manage visitor sign-in/out, issue badges, give directions
  • Coordinate with staff for appointments/deliveries
  • Manage mail and deliveries
  • Maintain front desk area
  • Provide administrative support (scheduling, data entry)
Basic Qualifications
  • Active Guard card or ability to obtain one
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Logical reasoning ability
  • Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office, social media monitoring)
  • Strong communication skills, including escalation to management
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as security receptionist, GSOC analyst, or similar role
  • Knowledge of access control systems such as Lenel
