With service offerings including security staffing, professional door staff, security technology solutions, emergency planning services, and more, Titan is positioned to make an immediate impact on clients in the Milwaukee area's security needs.

• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, including assisting with directions and answering general inquiries
• Ensure smooth access for patrons, visitors, and vendors as needed
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a welcoming environment
• Maintain accurate logs concerning individuals, property, and packages.
• Respond promptly to incidents, including emergencies, and document them thoroughly for building and Titan Security management

• A valid PERC card or willingness to obtain one is required
• 6+ months of previous customer service or hospitality experience is required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Capability to perform patrol duties, including walking up to 5 miles, climbing stairs, lifting 50+ lbs., and working in all weather conditions is essential
• Relevant soft skills include reading, writing, and speaking English
