Security Officer - Fairview Health Services : Job Details

Fairview Range is looking for Security Officer for our security department in Hibbing, MN! The Security Officer works to assure safety of patients, visitors and staff and property, works proactively to prevent theft and vandalism, responds to needs of hospital staff, offers assistance to those in need, provides excellent customer service, and takes direction from department supervisory/management staff. Work may involve high risk with exposure to potentially dangerous situations which requires range of safety precautions. Works with potentially unpredictable individuals requiring that teamwork and communication with other security officers and staff are critical. Physical interaction with such individuals requires strength, stamina, flexibility and critical thinking. Schedule: This position is part time, working 40 to 71 hours per pay period. This will include varying day/evening/night shifts, and weekends as needed.
